Job Title: Fixed Plant Operator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Fixed Plant Operator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the condition of our dry/wet plants, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain the condition of the dry/wet plants.
* Demonstrate commitment to safety daily.
* Perform basic fault finding and diagnosis.
* Work individually or in a team environment and contribute to daily targets.
* Conduct routine activities to ensure safe and reliable operation of our area assets.
* Perform manual handling associated with basic maintenance and inspection of the plant.
* Work in a field role monitoring equipment, cleaning, hosing and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
* Operate mobile plant equipment as required.
* Work autonomously to monitor the process in a safe and effective manner.
About You:
* Willingness to relocate to a permanent position in a residential town.
* Commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
* Full manual 'C' class driver's licence or above (essential).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Ability to work safely and cooperatively in a small team, demonstrating flexibility to business requirements.
