Overview
Marketing and Communications Advisor based in Perth, Adelaide or Darwin. Lead marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships and strategic initiatives to enhance GHD's brand presence and engagement across APAC regions.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the APAC marketing team to develop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to regional growth objectives.
* Plan and execute bespoke events from concept to completion.
* Manage regional conference sponsorships and industry memberships, ensuring ROI and strategic alignment.
* Partner with subject matter experts to secure speaking opportunities and develop content and social media plans that elevate GHD's reputation.
* Develop regional content including project case studies, award submissions, and social media announcements.
* Support internal communications for project and people stories.
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with GHD's brand guidelines and writing style.
* Use Salesforce and other marketing systems to track activities and measure impact.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in event management and sponsorships.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.
