We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security Consultant to lead the security aspects of our clients' SAP projects and provide strategic guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic SAP Security Advisory: Guide clients in their SAP security strategy, providing expert advice on risk management, security architecture, and compliance.
* Project Leadership: Lead security-focused SAP projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project deliverables align with security objectives.
* Security Architecture Design: Design and architect secure SAP systems, incorporating the latest security best practices and technologies.
* Security Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure SAP systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
* Security Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs for SAP users and administrators, fostering a culture of security awareness.
* Vendor and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with security technology vendors and SAP.
* Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry publications, speak at forums, and stay abreast of emerging SAP security trends and technologies.
* Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree: In Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP Security Consultant, preferably with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
* Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of SAP security administration, including user management, authorization concepts, data privacy, and system hardening.
* Comprehensive Knowledge: Of SAP security technologies such as SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP, SAP Gateway, and SAP Fiori.
* Security Standards and Regulatory Requirements: Strong knowledge of security standards (ISO *****, GDPR, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
* Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Clearance: Applicants must have an active NV1 AGSVA clearance or can achieve NV1 clearance.
