Location: Geraldton
Roster: Monday to Friday (Residential role – Geraldton-based candidates or those willing to relocate only)
Hourly Rate: $54.39 per hour + Superannuation + Bonus

We're seeking a skilled Loader Operator Trainer who is genuinely passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping operators build confidence, capability, and safe operating habits. If you take pride in coaching people from all backgrounds and skill levels and have the patience to guide them to perform at their best, we want to hear from you!
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver structured and engaging training programs for both new and experienced Loader Operators
* Provide patient, hands‐on coaching that supports operators with varying learning styles and experience
* Lead practical assessments, simulations, and safety-focused training activities
* Support onboarding, probation reviews, and annual competency assessments
* Develop targeted coaching plans that build confidence, correct unsafe habits, and lift overall team performance
* Work closely with individuals who may need extra time, support, or encouragement
Qualifications
* Experience operating loaders in mining or bulk logistics environments
* Proven experience training, mentoring, or assessing loader operators
* Confident in delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and practical training sessions
* Strong knowledge of load distribution, weight compliance, and safety protocols
* Competent with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and tracking progress
* Capable of leading and supporting peer trainers across multiple sites
* Excellent communication, organisation, and follow‐up skills
