Working as a junior (or mid‐level) legal recruiter offers the best of both worlds for the right lawyer. You will be mentored and encouraged to maintain links to the profession, be treated as a professional and afforded a level of autonomy (with support) that is rarely available. We don't believe in timesheets or budgets or even KPI's. At Burgess Paluch you'll be well rewarded financially and be encouraged to develop your own areas of interest and specialty.

What we would like to see from you
To be considered for this role you will be a switched‐on and outgoing junior lawyer with strong legal networks, the ability to make things happen, influence others and learn from us. Lawyers or HR professionals with at least 1+year of experience are likely to be of interest.
