**About You**:
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a BDM or BDM/AM roles
- Experience within the media or publisher space
- Experience dealing within the medical industry prefered
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Team player who can work collaboratively across departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
