Gerdy Solutions is a growing managed services provider that delivers IT Support for many small to medium sized businesses of various industry sectors. We are looking to expand our outgoing and fun helpdesk team with someone that fits into our exciting company culture. Our office is located in Camellia.

**Responsibilities**
As an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst your day to day activities could consist of but are not limited to the following:

- Manage IT support incidents/requests/changes
- Logging and updating tickets
- Resolve/escalate incidents/requests
- Provide remote support to customers via remote connection tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents
- Proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems and services
- Continual improvement and automation of tasks using our RMM tool
- Backup audits and monitoring
- System administration
- Timesheet logging and submission

**Skills and Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
- Technical experience with desktop support
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Support
- Remote Monitoring and Management experience
- Active Directory Management and Administration
- Network troubleshooting knowledge
- Mac OS X, Any Linux/Unix variants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
