Relationship Executive – Western Sydney at Commonwealth Bank
We are looking for a relationship builder passionate about nurturing a client base and bringing new business to Western Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs.
- Manage an existing book of established clients, delivering excellent service while focusing on new client acquisition.
- Identify opportunities for both new and existing clients, driving business growth.
- Collaborate with Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers & Analysts in our Parramatta office to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience building and leading a successful Commercial or Emerging Corporate portfolio, with lending above $20 million.
- Highly skilled in deal execution, origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions.
- Strong network and referral partner relationships to pursue new to bank opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, delivering a broad range of financial solutions.
- Comfortable with financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding underlying cash‑flow drivers.
- Proven track record of building relationships through excellent service and driving current business.
