* Main Responsibilities:
* Safely collect and deliver packages following designated routes and adhering to strict time schedules
* Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure packages are securely packed
* Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly
* Perform other duties as assigned
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions
* Packing and Delivery: Ability to safely handle and pack packages, as well as navigate designated routes in a timely manner
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
