Customer Service Executive – Sydney. As a global freight forwarder dedicated to delivering exceptional service excellence worldwide, this role involves efficiently managing shipments across the globe and ensuring swift, reliable delivery to any destination.
Responsibilities
* Maintain portfolio of assigned clients
* Maintain client work instructions and request changes with client implementation for SOP amendments
* Order follow‐up using in‐house systems
* Monthly/quarterly rates maintenance for key customers based on the account manager's instructions
* Handle quotations and costings to win business
* Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as required
* Manage order status reports and in‐transit reports for clients
Qualifications
* Thorough understanding and experience within freight forwarding
* Previous customer service executive experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
* Customer‐service‐driven attitude with the ability to find efficient solutions for the customer
* Ability to understand and improve processes and IT system settings to map complex customer requirements
* Highly motivated and proactive, taking preventive actions to retain customers
* Innovative, demonstrating initiative, and highly adaptive to change
* Cooperative working style, informing internal stakeholders/departments proactively
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Time‐management and prioritization skills
* Currently residing in Australia
