Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will take ownership of an established Northern Victoria territory, leading customer engagement across a well‐developed portfolio while identifying and converting new growth opportunities. Working closely with progressive dairy producers, you will build high‐value relationships, deliver practical production and ruminant nutrition advice, and use your commercial judgement to expand share of wallet, strengthen customer loyalty and contribute to broader regional sales performance.
Qualifications
* Strong connection to the dairy industry
* Well‐developed ruminant nutrition knowledge
* Proven ability to build commercially valuable relationships with farming customers
* Established territory or account management experience
* Confident operating autonomously in a customer‐facing sales role where credibility, influence and follow‐through matter
* High technical understanding combined with commercial acumen
* Highly organised, self‐directed, and able to balance responsive service with proactive business development
Compensation
Salary is negotiable based on experience and includes vehicle and relevant tools of trade.
