About the Role
This role will lead the NDIS business unit, delivering NDIS-funded supports to eligible participants. You will be responsible for building and growing the division, supported by the Disability Services Manager, with a strong focus on participant outcomes, compliance, and sustainable growth across the North of Perth and the Southwest of Western Australia.
Essential business development and client acquisition experience is required to successfully build and expand the division.
The Client Engagement & Intake Officer will coordinate the intake process for new participants, guiding them from initial enquiry through to the start of services with a smooth and supportive experience.
This role is central to building trusted relationships with clients, veterans, community organisations, and allied health professionals through clear communication and responsive service delivery. By nurturing referral networks and ensuring person-centred engagement, you'll contribute to sustainable participant growth and a positive introduction to services.

Additional Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, health, or allied health (preferred)
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Intake Coordination, Engagement, Business Development, or Support Coordination—preferably in the Disability, Aged Care, or Community Care sectors
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and strong professional relationships across diverse groups
* A proven ability to leverage existing networks and proactively develop new referral sources
* Strong organisational competence, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM and documentation systems
* A strategic, proactive mindset and dedication to achieving measurable growth in participant numbers and service quality
* Commitment to person‐centred care and delivering exceptional client experiences
* Respect for confidentiality, privacy, and professional standards in handling sensitive information
* National Police Check
* NDIS Workers Screening Card and Police Check
* Own registered vehicle and current driver licence
