Security Infrastructure Project Manager – EACSJoin to apply for the Security Infrastructure Project Manager – EACS role at Launch Recruitment.A Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Security Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Electronic Access Control System (EACS) upgrade. This role requires strong technical project management skills, a thorough understanding of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), and proven experience working with Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) specialists.The successful candidate will manage the project end-to-end, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and compliant with security and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage delivery of large-scale physical security infrastructure and access control projects through all phases: Initiation, Design & Documentation, Delivery, Handover, and Defects Liability.Liaise with stakeholders across project governance, internal teams, and contractors to achieve project objectives.Ensure the integrity of the security design and compliance with policies, including PSPF and SCEC standards.Review technical and architectural documentation from contractors to ensure alignment with security requirements.Oversee quality assurance, document control, and change management processes.Required Skills and ExperienceExperience in delivering construction and security infrastructure projects, preferably within government or secure environments.Deep understanding of the PSPF and experience working with SCEC-accredited professionals.Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.Experience managing contractors, including drafting statements of work and performance monitoring.Familiarity with WHS requirements and the NCC.Experience with Gallagher Security Solutions (EACS) is desirable.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to attend sites as needed.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob functions: Project Management, Management, Product ManagementIndustries: IT Services, IT Consulting, Technology, Internet, Software Development
