You're someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering toll debt recovery, customer education and toll notice objection resolution, this role plays an important part in protecting the integrity of NSW's tolling system while supporting fair and positive customer outcomes.
This role will see you engage directly with customers to recover unpaid tolls, resolve enquiries and objections, and provide clear education to help prevent future toll debt. You will manage debtor accounts end to end, investigate matters by interrogating multiple systems, apply relevant business rules and legislation, and deliver timely, accurate resolutions. The role offers meaningful exposure to customer negotiation, dispute resolution and regulatory processes, with opportunities to build capability in high‐volume operational environments.
You will navigate and negotiate effective recovery and service outcomes by delivering efficient, customer‐focused support in a fast‐paced, time‐critical environment that requires resilience, professionalism and sound judgement.
Your communication skills, resilience and attention to detail, formed across customer service, collections, finance, call centre, compliance or regulatory environments, will see you excel at negotiating payment arrangements, managing challenging and emotional conversations, and maintaining accurate account records that support compliant and sustainable outcomes.
You are recognised as customer‐focused and professional, skilled at managing objections and resolving conflict, and experienced in working within structured processes while adapting to changing priorities. You bring sound judgement, a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively while balancing service standards, workloads and timeframes.
