The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join a high-performing consumer goods team and help bring packaging and product concepts to life. In this role, you will:
- Create artwork, finished art files, dielines, and print-ready assets.
- Produce high-quality product renders for packaging and marketing use.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all artwork meets regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Support the end-to-end artwork workflow, managing approvals and deadlines.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate colour, print quality, and smooth production.
Skills & Experience
You’re a recent design graduate or early-career designer who’s excited to grow and build real products in a supportive setting. You will bring:
- A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your passion and potential in packaging design.
- Confident experience across Adobe Creative Suite and strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, growth mindset, and eagerness to learn from experienced designers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple projects at once.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and alignment with the team’s values.
