About the role
The Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex (BISC) is the City of Rockingham's newest leisure facility located on EightyRoad in Baldivis. The role is primarily based at BISC and involves assisting with the delivery of various programs within the City's leisure facilities. Responsibilities include customer service, maintaining program equipment, setting up programs, cleaning, and assisting in the cafe as required.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to patrons during every visit.
* Maintain program equipment in a safe working order.
* Set up programs and perform cleaning duties.
* Assist in the cafe as required.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
* Familiarity with leisure facility operations and programs.
* Understanding of the rules of programmed sports.
* Customer service experience and conflict resolution skills.
* Current Working with Children check (or ability to obtain).
