Primary Location NSW - Rockdale.

ConnectSydney is a joint venture of ServiceStream, Boral and Johnson Controls, in partnership with Transport for NSW (TfNSW), entrusted with the management of the Harbour Zone. Our responsibilities include routine maintenance, strategic enhancements and specialised projects designed to strengthen Sydney's transport infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the outwardly-facing community inbox and assign actions to team members for response
* Maintain data records for project communication and maintenance work
* Support the functionality of the wider Customer and Stakeholder team
* Update and maintain Consultation Manager recording and close out all interactions
* Organise distribution of collateral and information using traditional and digital channels
* Work closely with the Asset and Maintenance team to understand the network and team responsibilities
* Support research and survey programs to gain insights on Harbour Zone stakeholders, communities and customers
* Assist with the development of monthly data reporting
* Assist with TfNSW milestone weekly reporting requirements
* Seek to provide a high level of customer service to enhance the organisation's reputation and build goodwill
* Manage all data entry and record‐keeping relevant to the team function

About You

* Customer service experience is essential
* Exposure to the building / construction / engineering sectors is desirable
* Previous office administrative experience is desirable
* Highly organised and methodical
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to juggle competing priorities
