Program and Experience Lead - East Maitland / RaymondTerrace

Location: Maitland, Cessnock & Hunter NSW
Work Type: Full Time

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program and Experience Lead to lead our service delivery across the East Maitland and Raymond Terrace regions. This is a senior, autonomous role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping operational policies, managing significant projects, and ensuring service excellence. You will be responsible for transforming services into enriching experiences, leading with understanding to ensure both our staff and customers are equally supported. You'll bridge the gap between service delivery and corporate strategy, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration.

Your Role Will Involve
* Service Delivery: Overseeing program delivery, monitoring, and reporting within the Hunter regions.
* Leadership: Leading and mentoring teams of 10+ members, ensuring alignment with organisational standards.
* Project Management: Driving at least 3 significant projects within scope, budget, and deadlines.
* Compliance: Navigating complex regulatory requirements and successfully managing audits.
Your Ticket to Play
* Qualifications: A relevant Cert IV Disability or above.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of compliance in human services and NDIS safeguarding standards.
Essential Checks
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
* National Police Background Check
* Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Valid and Current Driver's License
