Accounts Administrator – Join a Growing Industry Leader
A well-established commercial landscaping company working with leading developers across South East Queensland is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Accounts Administrator to support the smooth running of our financial operations.

About the Role
You'll play a vital role in the day-to-day financial coordination of the business, ensuring our accounts processes run efficiently and accurately.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
* Managing accounts payable and receivable using Xero
* Preparing and tracking progress claims and timesheets
* Assisting with month-end reporting and general admin support
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with some flexibility for early starts or adjusted finish times.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and clear communication. You'll need:
* Strong experience with Xero (minimum 3 years hands on experience) and Microsoft Excel (essential)
* Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
* A proactive, dependable approach with a positive attitude
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
