The Role
Assist in managing all commercial & contractual matters in relation to the commercial build/fit-out project.
Client & subcontractor variations, progress claims & invoicing.
Prepare, negotiate & let subcontract packages.
Liaise with key stakeholders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI's, document control & register.
Be involved in final accounts & project closeout.
Attend project meetings with team and stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with Project Manager's and administrative teams.
Essential Experience
3+ years CA experience in commercial build/fit-out.
Understanding of WA's commercial build contracts, terms, building standards & legal implications.
Proficient in contractual management software programs.
Strong written & verbal communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in construction management / business / engineering or a related field.
