The eHearings Paralegal will primarily assist with the preparation, management, and presentation of evidence within a live hearing room environment, while providing administrative, technical, and legal support to clients and legal teams throughout proceedings.

* Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and hearing room technology.
* Knowledge of audio visual, networking, data, and general IT solutions will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
* Processing and preparing electronic evidence and legal documents.
* Managing online evidence and hearing platforms.
* Assisting clients with technical support issues before and during hearings.
* Coordinating and operating evidence presentation software in live hearing room environments.
* Supporting the management of video conferencing and virtual hearing technology both in and out of court.
* Setting up, testing, and packing down hearing room equipment.
* Supporting audio visual, networking, data, and general IT‐related solutions.
* Managing exhibit lists, databases, and metadata.
* Liaising with legal teams and clients to ensure hearing readiness.
* Maintaining confidential information and evidence securely and accurately.
* Supporting the day‐to‐day operation of virtual, hybrid, and in‐person hearings.

The role is permanent full‐time, Monday to Friday. Applicants must have full (unlimited) working rights in Australia. The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre‐employment checks, including a national police check.
