Job Overview

Use your customer service and administration skills while being the first point of contact for clients engaging with our Karratha services. You will provide a welcoming environment to ensure clients can access our services in ways that are person‐centred, safe, responsive and convenient. You will also provide administrative support, accurately enter data, and maintain electronic client files. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm.

* Full time (37.5 hrs per week), permanent opportunity

About You
* Demonstrated customer service and administration skills
* Exceptional communication skills to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance
* Ability to respond to clients in distress and de‐escalate upset individuals
* Ability to identify client needs, assess risk and prioritise accordingly
* Well‐developed digital/computer literacy skills, including financial management such as issuing invoices and receiving payment
* Current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Working With Children Check
* Open to reviewing police disclosures on a case‐by‐case basis, with focus on relevance to the role
Impact and Benefits
* Salary starting from $82k (inclusive of 10% remote/localities allowance) + 12% superannuation
* Access to a generous housing subsidy of up to $250 per week (eligibility criteria apply)

* Salary packaging of up to $15,900 plus up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
* Additional 3 days leave per year over the festive period
