Partners in Care Together is the fundraising arm of hospitals across the Wide Bay Health Service.
We are a non-profit community organisation that raises funds for local people and local health projects.
Our mission is to make a difference and improve the comfort of patients at Wide Bay hospitals while complementing the dedication provided by the medical professionals.
Partners in Care Together, Bundaberg's truly local charity, is excited to welcome a Fundraising and Events Specialist to our growing team. This brand-new role offers the chance to shape something special from the ground up. If you're enthusiastic, community-minded, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in event management, fundraising, and/or community engagement (non-profit experience highly regarded, but not essential);
Strong project management and organisational skills;
Confidence managing budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and event logistics;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
A flair for creating compelling content, invitations, and digital materials;
Proficiency with CRM and event management platforms (Salesforce, Raisely, or similar); and
The flexibility to attend events outside regular hours when required.
