Job Title: Store Person
About Us:
Norco is a leading dairy co-operative with 130 years of experience in Australian dairy and agriculture. We are proud to be 100% farmer-owned, built from the ground up by people who work the land. Our two key arms, DairyFoods and AgriSolutions, back our communities and customers every step of the way, staying true to our roots and committed to growth together.
Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since its inception with 26 retail stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills and an in-house commodity trading team. We provide our customers with competitive, convenient, and trusted business solutions that add value to their businesses. No matter whether our customers are growing, breeding, or after general or more specific technical advice, our in-store teams are there to help with their subject matter knowledge and expertise.
About The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Toowoomba Retail Store for an experienced, enthusiastic, and organised self-starter to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is not your average delivery job. You will play a hands-on role in a dynamic, community-focused store environment - connecting directly with customers, supporting local agriculture, and ensuring smooth, friendly service from warehouse to farm gate.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Delivering products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses.
* Navigating rural routes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
* Assisting in all areas of rural retailing, including sales, merchandising, warehousing and in-store operations.
* Providing friendly, solution-based customer service at the counter, on the road, and in the yard.
Why This Role is Different:
Diverse and Community-Facing:
This role offers a diverse and community-facing experience where you will be helping a local grower find what they need one day, and delivering essential supplies to a remote farm the next.
Celebrate a Legacy:
Be part of a co-op with 130 years of proudly supporting Australian farmers and communities.
Grow with Us:
We invest in our people with ongoing learning, career progression, and supportive teams.
Enjoy Real Benefits:
Staff discounts, EAP support, our own paid parental leave scheme, in-house leadership training opportunities, and being part of a business that values wellbeing, safety, and people-first values.
What You'll Bring:
* A current and clean HV driver's licence.
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* A strong safety mindset and reliable driving history.
* A customer-first attitude - you enjoy helping people and being part of a team.
* A good level of physical fitness for hands-on work.
* Proficient computer skills for handling sales and stock systems.
* Great time management and clear communication.
