FIFO Security Officer
Location: Fly In / Fly Out from Darwin or Cairns.
Status: Casual roles with potential to become Full Time.
Potential earnings up to $110,000 per annum, subject to availability and hours worked.
About the Role
Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors and clients; performing gatehouse duties; proactively monitoring CCTV and access control systems; conducting building and camp patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks; reporting hazards and building faults for rectification; responding to emergency situations.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
* Must be local to Darwin or Cairns.
* Full working rights and availability.
* Willing to support and step up into other roles.
* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
* Experience working in a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends).
* AustCitizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights.
* Valid Northern Territory Security Licence.
* Full and valid Australian Driver's Licence (Class C) and RSA certification.
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports.
* Proficient use of computers and security-related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs).
* Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods.
