Your Role, Your Impact: Restaurant Manager
* Lead & Motivate: Drive engagement and growth with a team of 20–50.
* Mind the Business: Manage rostering, recruiting, stock, and compliance, with support from Area Managers.
* Support Growth:Help your team grow through check‐ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
* Know your Numbers:Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure success.
* Make a Difference:Drive our Local Matters program by engaging with community groups.
Assistant Restaurant Manager:
* Lead the Squad:As motivator in chief, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to inspire, motivate, and guide yourteam.
* Hands‐On Action: Be in the thick of it,grillin',running the floor, and supporting your team.
* Deliver Quality:Stay on top of safety, food quality andmaintain high standards for every guest experience and every burger.
* Smash Goals:Drive team performance, hit targets, and celebrate wins.
