The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing client communications, and driving sales growth through strong relationship management and service excellence.
You will be the central point of coordination between clients, operations teams, and management – ensuring every enquiry, booking, and project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and administration
Handle incoming client enquiries, quotes, and service bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, captains, and marina partners
Drive new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure job delivery aligns with client expectations
Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate client records
Support invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounts administration
Oversee customer service standards and ensure a premium client experience
Assist in marketing and promotional activities where required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in office management, sales, or client services (marine or premium service industry highly regarded)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with high-value clients and stakeholders
Sales-driven with a natural ability to build relationships and close opportunities
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
