MEX Maintenance Software is an Australian made CMMS that is based in Brisbane. Our software solution has helped asset-intensive businesses track maintenance for over 30 years and continues to be at the forefront of the Maintenance Software industry.
The MEX Support Department are responsible for providing front line customer service for operational and technical issues relating to the MEX software, working with a large customer base across a number of industries and countries.
We are currently in the market for an enthusiastic Support Person to join our team.

What do you do?
* Provide first level and interim support of MEX Products
* Use Zendesk to manage all Support tickets, including logging and responding to incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls.
* Issue resolution through identification, troubleshooting and escalation if need be
* Investigate SQL Queries and Step through Code
* Call logging into an internal CRM
* Address all tasks as requested by Support Management
* Collaborate with the R&D team around bug captures and resolutions
* Testing resolutions
What you need?
* Experience with SQL Server and comfortable around SQL queries
* Understanding of technical networking concepts and Microsoft operating systems
* Experience with HTML, JS, CSS, .Net, C#, VB.net, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, WebAPI
* Comfortable around Supporting iOS and Android applications.
* A thirst to always be on the lookout to learn new languages & technology
* Excellent communication skills & great attention to detail
* Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* Diploma or a Degree Qualification in IT
