Customer Service Officer – Sandgate
Be the face of Australia and New Zealand's largest collision repair network and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
Your role will include:
* Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment
* Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs
* Maintaining a welcoming and professional customer environment
* Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns
What we're looking for:
* Experience in a customer‐facing, fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service
