The Position
* Plan, supervise and assist in the preparation of all onsite catering
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
* Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff
* Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
* Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
The Person
* Previous leadership experience at Senior Chef or Catering Manager level
* Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
* Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
* Own transportation with the ability to work Monday to Friday - there is no public transport available
* An intermediate level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
* Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
