We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strong-performing territories at a time when new product launches are set to be true game changers.
* Build and grow relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff across your territory
* Provide clinical and technical support in theatre to ensure safe and effective product use
* Promote and educate healthcare professionals on our upper extremities portfolio
* Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets
* Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities
* Collaborate with your team and manager to share insights and drive growth
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform your strategy
* Ensure accurate records of account activity, stock levels and customer interactions
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset and drive to succeed, with a proven track record of sales success and territory strategy or the ambition, competitiveness and coachability to grow quickly into the role.
You will be supported by a manager who values fairness, accountability and development, and expects responsibility and autonomy, alongside coaching and opportunities to grow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong sales skills and experience in a similar role
* Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with the medical industry and upper extremities products
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
