Your key responsibilities:Development and management of a fit for purpose project, programme and portfolio management framework and supporting artefacts that provide the context and responsibilities for the management of the facilities change portfolio.Working with senior divisional stakeholders in the development and submission of business cases to secure funding for priority and securing resources (internal and external) to lead the delivery of approved, funded, fitThe essential requirements for this role are:Outstanding level of communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent negotiation skills.Extensive experience in the delivery of facilities specific change initiatives, both changes to workplaces and ideally the services and tools that support the running of a customer focused, effective facilities function.Excellent ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships both internal and with external clients and key stakeholders, in addition to working both autonomously and as a team member; using Queensland Health values to achieve work unit goals.Why work with us?Work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment that values people and prioritises employee success and wellbeing.
