Key Responsibilities:
* Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci Surgery
* Become a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialties
* Effectively execute surgeon and nursing staff training in da Vinci technology
* Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop & execute territory plan
* Work with Capital Sales Manager to develop new program opportunities
* Work with hospital partners to effectively integrate both Greenfield & Brown Field da Vinci programs and surgeons
* Responsible for administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports
* Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI's
* Attend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directed
Qualifications:
* Experience in Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS)
* 3-5 years' experience selling in a surgical or Operating Theatre environment or 3-5 years' relevant clinical experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., sciences, teaching, physiotherapy degree or similar)
* Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time management
* Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* High standard of written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule including regular weekends and occasional overnight travel
* Willingness to work regularly on weekends
