Lead a team of nursing professionals in our Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit as a Nurse Unit Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively coordinate and lead the nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all healthcare professionals, promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Clinician engagement and leadership have been pivotal in driving clinical standards, safety, and quality improvements within the public health system.


Requirements:

* A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) is essential.
* A postgraduate qualification in leadership or management, combined with extensive experience in mental health nursing, is required.
* The successful candidate will possess demonstrated leadership skills within mental health, with a proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate a clear vision for nursing services.
