We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Afternoon Shift maintenance team based in Ingleburn.
Working within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across production machinery and plant equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on production machinery
* Perform equipment inspections and servicing
* Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
* Complete maintenance reporting and documentation

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
* Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner
* Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or production environments
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
