Seeking a registered nurse or midwife to provide quality child and family health services. As a clinician, you will work within the Tresillian Model of Care, Practice Principles, and the NSW Health Professional Practice Framework for Child and Family Health clinicians.
About the Role:
This is a permanent part-time position, working 24 hours per week on weekdays. You will be providing care to families with children aged 0-3 years, using strength-based and wellness-focused practices to build parental confidence and skills.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for families
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Postgraduate/post registration qualifications in Child and Family Health or working towards (*must be enrolled with a tertiary facility and provide evidence of enrolment)
* Demonstrated experience in attending to the physical, social, and emotional needs of children, and their families
* Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, including computer literacy
