Are you a motivated Records Officer looking for your next opportunity?
We're partnering with a council in South East Melbourne to bring on a Records Support Officer to support the digital inbox and Content Manager requests.
What you'll be doing:
• Managing the council's digital inbox and processing incoming correspondence
• Actioning CM9 / Content Manager support tickets
• Supporting wider Records team functions as required
What we're looking for:
• Strong working knowledge of Records Management practices
• Solid experience using Content Manager
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Highly Regarded:
• Records / Information Management qualifications
• Experience in Local Government or broader Government environments
Contract Details:
• Full-time, 38 hours per week
• 2-month contract
• $37 per hour + super
• ASAP start
