Early Childhood Director - Nominates Supervisor

Gingerbread Kindergarten Norwest is seeking an accomplished and visionary early childhood leader to become the inaugural Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor of our soon-to-open, purpose-built 88-place early learning service.

This is a rare opportunity to establish a centre from its very foundations and shape a culture that reflects excellence, innovation, child safety and educational leadership.

As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life—building an exceptional team, fostering meaningful relationships with families and the community, driving occupancy growth, and creating a service recognised for its commitment to quality and children's wellbeing.

We are seeking a leader whose experience, professional reputation and values distinguish them within the early childhood sector.

Purposefully designed and inspired by the principles of the Reggio Emilia approach, Gingerbread Kindergarten Norwest has been thoughtfully created to provide children with beautiful learning environments that inspire curiosity, creativity, collaboration and a strong sense of belonging.

Our vision extends beyond providing education and care. We aspire to create a thriving learning community where children, families and educators are respected, valued and empowered.

Create Something Extraordinary

This is far more than a Centre Manager role.

As the inaugural Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor of Gingerbread Kindergarten Norwest, you will have the rare opportunity to build a premium early learning service from the ground up and leave a lasting legacy in the lives of children, families and educators.
