As a Foreman, you'll play a key role in delivering a $70M large scale civil project covering bulk earthworks, civils and TMR Works. You will lead crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements
* Ensuring compliance with construction plans, and project requirements
* Driving a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You
* Proven experience as a Foreman on civil projects - Subdivision experience highly regarded
* Strong background in roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, and pavements
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
* Current Driver Licence
* Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
