We are seeking passionate and experienced retail superstars at our new Sports Direct Miranda Store. We are looking for Casual and Part-time Sales Assistants.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage. Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs. Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently. Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation. Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Passion for customer service and a strong understanding of sneaker and Sportswear, streetwear culture.
* Experience in retail, leadership, or stockroom operations is a bonus. A motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
* Flexible availability to work across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
