About The Prospect
- Establish an innovative and dynamic program of individual and group activities and services.
- Lead and develop a team of Lifestyle Officers.
- Ensure attendance is optimally maintained and/or growing.
- Comply with all relevant Aged Care Quality Standards.
About You
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (essential).
- Experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant.
- Knowledge of working with a range of cognitive and physical abilities.
- Involvement in creating and implementing innovative programs to meet specific resident needs.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.).
- Complete a police check.
- Free seasonal flu vaccination.
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) – cost refunded on appointment or a National Police check.
