We're looking for a detail-driven Business Analyst – Banking Reconciliations who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in reconciliations, banking, or finance who's ready to step into a role with real impact across operations and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
* Perform daily banking and operational reconciliations
* Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
* Support reporting accuracy and strengthen controls
* Own tasks end-to-end — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in reconciliations, banking, finance or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail — you catch what others miss
* Solid Excel skills (filtering, sorting, formulas, data analysis)
* Confident working with systems, data and large datasets
* Analytical mindset with curiosity and problem-solving ability
* Clear communicator who knows when to elevate issues
* Well organised and able to manage competing priorities
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
