About the Roles
We are please to announce we are currently seeking experienced Transport Allocators to support 2 separate divisions with varying shift patterns based at our Larapinta depot.

Division 1 Shift Pattern
* 4 days on / 3 days off
* Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday.
* 4:00am – 4:00pm
* 4:00pm – 4:00am
Division 2 Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday with rostered (not every weekend) part weekends.
* Monthly rotating roster across three 9.5‐hour shifts starting:
* 12:00am (midnight)
* 7:30am
* 3:30pm
Shifts are scheduled on a monthly rolling basis to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely tracking and data entry
* Ensuring all driver paperwork is completed daily
* Planning and scheduling local pickups and deliveries
* Identifying and resolving operational issues
* Making confident, informed decisions under pressure
* Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
* Communicating clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Promoting a safe and healthy work environment
* Participating in safety initiatives and toolbox talks
* Optimising load capacity for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Leading by example with professionalism and high standards
* Monitoring and managing refrigerated (reefer) units
Qualifications & Requirements
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
* Minimum 12 months' experience in an operations or supervisory role within the heavy vehicle industry
* Willingness to learn internal systems
* Ability to perform under pressure in a time‐critical environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Current forklift licence (highly advantageous)
* Weekly pay cycle
* No after‐hours calls
* Company‐supplied uniforms

* Availability during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, and other major holidays) is essential
* Successful applicants must pass a pre‐employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
* Reliable personal transport is required (no public transport available to the site)
