Senior Project Coordinator
Location: North Ryde (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)
Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Are you a confident and capable Senior Project Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career?
We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major $20 million digital transformation, and we're looking for a driven individual to support the successful delivery of high-impact projects-with the opportunity to step into project management responsibilities over time.
What's on offer:

* Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities:
* Support planning, scheduling, risk and issue tracking, and reporting
* Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams
* Assist with governance and compliance documentation
* Coordinate stakeholder communications and help drive project milestones
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Coordinator in complex environments
* Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation projects
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* A team player who's eager to learn and grow
