Expedition Leader
We are seeking experienced expedition leaders to join our outdoor education team. As an expedition leader, you will be responsible for guiding students on field trips and ensuring their safety throughout the experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead groups of students on field trips, providing instruction and guidance as needed
* Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless execution of programs
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in an outdoor education setting
* A Certificate IV or Diploma in Outdoor Education or a related field
* Proven ability to lead groups of students and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
