Role Details
Location: Goldfields region, WA
Roster: 7:7 (alternate days and nights) OR 14:14 (days and nights)

What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisor role
* Ability to monitor your crews' competencies and training requirements
* Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams
* WA Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate (essential)
* Valid manual C Class Australian driver's licence (essential)
* Shotfirers licence, Dangerous Goods Security Card and Senior First Aid Certificate (essential)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
* Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations
