Location & Salary
* Location: Forrestfield
* Salary: $88,178 – $127,737 per annum (pro‐rate) (SEA GA 2023)
* Work Type: Permanent, Full Time (FTE 1.0)
* Closing Date: 4 June 2026
Roles & Responsibilities
* Inspire students to engage in the English curriculum and strive for excellence.
* Deliver high‐quality curriculum and programs within the English learning area.
* Apply differentiated instruction and explicit teaching strategies.
* Teach ATAR English (if applicable).
* Incorporate explicit instruction across all learning areas.
* Attend professional workshops on Classroom Management Strategies and Instructional Strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
* Experience teaching in a Senior School.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies.
* Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid visa with relevant work rights.
* Complete WA Working with Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check with current Screening Clearance Number.
* Preferred: Experience using Explicit Instruction and completion of Classroom Management Strategies and Instructional Strategies workshops.
