The Strategic Business Intelligence Specialist – MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) spearheads business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and technical standards. This role provides expert guidance to analysis teams and project stakeholders, guaranteeing that business requirements are clearly defined, accurately captured, and effectively addressed.
1. Evaluates proposed solutions through cost-benefit analysis and stakeholder input to ensure strategic alignment and resource viability.
2. Captures, validates, and manages business requirements to guide solution development and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Plans and oversees testing to confirm solutions meet business needs, identifying defects and ensuring user satisfaction.
4. Designs and validates data models to support scalable, efficient solutions and maintain data integrity.
5. Leads initiatives to streamline operations using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, ensuring measurable performance gains.
6. Promotes best practices in business analysis by selecting, training on, and updating methodologies and tools for consistent, high-quality outcomes.
