What you'll be doing
* Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between
* Assist customers with travel related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid
* Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale
What we're looking for
* Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and the go‐to person for travel recommendations
* Excellent organisational skills, capable of taking notes, managing calendar and promptly responding to customer calls and emails
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‐pressure environment
* Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time
* Computer savviness, ready to toggle between various complex systems to find the right flight and package options for customers
