Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic process improvements to optimize metallurgical performance.
* Coordinate and manage key process equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Chemical or Metallurgy Engineering or a related field.
* Demonstrate expertise in manufacturing methodologies, including process control and management systems.
* Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovative solutions.
